Youth Services - Wraparound

Wraparound is a team-based intensive approach that emphasizes development of the family's strengths and available resources. This program works in conjunction with other providers to create a comprehensive plan for the family. The family identifies their goals and needs, and then chooses people they want on their team. The Youth Services Team then develops an individualized plan that includes strategies to meet those identified needs. All team members support the family and assist them in successfully meeting their goals.
